- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customised / personalised products
- Products purchased during sale or special offers (unless defective)
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Handcrafted variations in weave or design (these are natural and not defects)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details, issue description, and clear images of the product
- Our team will review and confirm the return request

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
