At Trilokaa, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a transparent and fair return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised / personalised products
  • Products purchased during sale or special offers (unless defective)
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Handcrafted variations in weave or design (these are natural and not defects)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order details, issue description, and clear images of the product
  3. Our team will review and confirm the return request

Once approved, further instructions will be provided.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
